Good morning parents and Year 2

Thank you for the learning tasks you have sent in so far this week. If you have not done this yet, please do remember to send in pictures of your child’s work daily to: year2a@ourladyoffatimatrust.essex.sch.uk. This gives your child the opportunity to share their learning experience with me and get house points for their team. In order to teach the children successfully, I must see their work. Thank you for your support with this.

Today our school is asking every child to create their own house point card at home to keep track of their achievements. They can choose their own theme. They might like to design a poster with a superhero theme or a special jar / container that they could add countable objects to keep track of their points. I would love to see pictures of what they create. It is important we take time to celebrate the children’s successes at home and at school.

I look forward to reading a story with you at 1pm today during our class assembly. Try to enter the lobby at least 5 minutes before to ensure you get in smoothly.
