Dear Parents/Guardians,
We have come to the final day of our first week and I hope that you are beginning to find the new routines at home. I have been very impressed with all the work that has come in and look forward to this continuing as we move forward.

Take 5 minutes to just sit still and breath. Try to find the stillness to relax. Take your mind to somewhere you feel completely relaxed. |
